Early check in or late check out service with extra fee please contact us or ask our reception upon arrival if our room are available.
If you prefer earlier check in, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate check in.
The free luggage storage room is available.

Cancellation Policy:
- The rate of website is nonrefundable rate so the guest will be charge the total of price if they cancel any time. 
- Failure to arrival at​ our​ hotel​ will be treated as No-show, the guest will be charge total price of the reservation and hotel rooms are not guaranteed. 

Mandotory fees : ( there fees are not included in rate that travelers pay when booking, and are aditional charges that you collect upon arrival or during a guest's stay ) : 

- Gala dinner fees : Christmas Eve gala dinner : 1.799.000 vnd for adult, 899.000 vnd for child ( age 0-8 ) and New Year Eve gala dinner : 1.799.000 vnd for adult, 899.000 vnd for child ( age 0-8 ). 

Prepayment: 

- The guest will be charge a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time. 

Payment method:

- By cash 

- By Visa Card, Master Card and American Express plus 5% bank fee is applied.

Children and Extra beds:
Free: All children under 5 years stay free of charge when sharing beds.
Extra fee: Older child or adult is charged US$45++/ per person / per night for an extra bed.

Pets: Not allowed.
