Cancellation Policy:
- The rate of website is nonrefundable rate so the guest will be charge the total of price if they cancel any time.
- Failure to arrival at our hotel will be treated as No-show, the guest will be charge total price of the reservation and hotel rooms are not guaranteed.

Prepayment:

- The guest will be charge a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time.

Payment method:

- By cash

- By Visa Card, Master Card and American Express plus 3% bank fee is applied.

Children and Extra beds:
Free: All children under 5 years stay free of charge when sharing beds.
Extra fee: Older child or adult is charged US$45++/ per person / per night for an extra bed.

Pets: Not allowed.
